Holcomb State Bank is striving to make online shopping safer for our debit card customers. We have initiated the Verified by VISA® service.
There will be two ways for you to activate this service:
Activate while you shop
When you shop at a participating online merchant, enter the information requested during checkout and complete the identity process. You will establish a user ID, password and personal message. Once accepted, youíll be returned to the merchantís site to complete your transaction.
Activate at our website
Click on our link below to register your card. Enter your 16-digit card number and click next. Complete the activation form and click next. Enter a user name and password, accept the terms and conditions, and click next. Your activation is then complete.
Once you activate your card, youíll be presented a password entry page when shopping at participating Verified by VISA® online merchants, so only YOU can use your card.

First time users should click on NEW MOBILE CARD USER. You will need to enter your full card number to be sure it qualifies and then to continue with your registration.
